FLAVOURS

I believe that your cake should taste as

good as it looks.  The sponges are made

fresh to order using free range eggs, butter

and fresh fruit zests and preserves.

​

The cakes are covered in a choice of white

or milk Belgian chocolate ganache prior to

covering in the best quality Swiss fondant.

​

I have given some examples of the

flavours that are popular but if you have

a specific request for something different

this can be discussed during the

consultation.

ALLERGIES

All of my cakes may contain gluten and  nuts or traces of nuts.

​

I am unable to cater for food allergies as this requires certification as allergy free workspace

 

I am unable to cater for eggless or dairy free requests.
